Launched in 2015, Google OnHub is a new product designed to improve the internet connectivity process for both domestic and commercial environments by leveraging Google Chrome, Android and Cloud Management.
The OnHub is the physical router that compliments the Google On service.
Method was tasked to create an on-boarding experience for the Google On app that would work seamlessly with the hardware product.
We worked closely with the Google team to deliver a simple and engaging experience that was playful and unique.

Created and developed internally by the Google team.

Once the phone detects the OnHub within its vicinity, it would run an animation of the device building itself together.
The poster in the background was a subtle nod to Google’s material style.
